America's Favorites We get asked for these dishes quite a bit and so we thought we would create a page just for these requests. Some of these dishes I rarely made in Italy so they came as a surprise to me when I kept getting repeated requests for them here, hence the name, America's Favorites. Chicken Fusilli Fusilli pasta served with creamy Chicken and Sundried Tomato Sauce with a little bit of White Wine and fresh parsley Chicken Marsala Chicken Breast in a Marsala and roasted Mushrooms sauce ove a Pumpkin Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Sauteed Rapini Chicken Parmigiana Chicken Breast breaded and fried topped with Marinara Sauce, Parmesan and Fontina Cheese, served with Taglierini pasta in a fresh Tomato and Marinara Sauce Chicken Piccata with Capers and Lemon People who say they know a good Chicken Piccata say this one is great! Sauteed 10 oz. Chicken Breast in a Roasted Lemon, White Wine, and Caper sauce over Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Sauteed Spinach.
